Sheila Oakley

Sheila has lived in Loveland for over 25 years and has always been interested in the many different media of art. Self taught she started oil painting in 2000. In 2004 she joined the Thompson Valley Art League and started participating in art shows at the Lincoln Gallery. Now she has expanded into watercolors and on site charcoal portraits.
