Vicki Lon Wehrman

Because I come from a family of photographers and nature lovers, I have always been acutely aware of the beauty in God's creation. I have tried to capture a small part of that beauty in paintings since I was very young.

In recent years I have been privileged to study with internationally recognized artist Patti Andre. She has become a true friend and mentor. With her instruction and the kind advice and encouragement of Jeff Brooks of the Thompson Valley Art League, I have increased my artistic horizons. The fact that my paintings won two awards very soon after I joined the art league furthered my appreciation for involvement in the art community.

I am honored to have paintings in private collections in North and South America as well as England.

In my paintings I attempt to capture timeless landscapes that both comfort and inspire the viewer. I do accept commissions.
