A New Chapter for TVAL
After eight years as the Executive Director of TVAL, I want to share an important transition with our community and membership.
It has been an incredible honor to serve TVAL in this role. I am deeply grateful for the support, trust, friendship, and creativity that I have experienced from our members, artists, volunteers, partners, and the entire community. Together, we have shared eight years filled with growth, challenges, accomplishments, and countless meaningful moments.
As I pull back from my role as Executive Director, I am pleased to introduce Bransin Tidwell as my partner in continuing the work of TVAL. We will be sharing responsibilities as we move forward, creating an opportunity for new energy and perspective while maintaining the spirit and values that have made TVAL such a special part of our community.
While I am stepping back from the daily operation of Lincoln Gallery, I am not stepping away from TVAL or from the arts community that I care so deeply about. I will continue serving as the Director of Art in the Park, a role that remains very meaningful to me.
Thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey over the past eight years. Your encouragement, participation, support and belief in me and the arts have meant more to me than I can adequately express.
I am excited to see what this next chapter brings for TVAL, Lincoln Gallery and Art on the Park, and I look forward to continuing to be part of it with all of you.
