I believe we are all created in God's image...to create! It is my passion to combine materials, color and music in such a way as to bring light and joy into the world, using my talents and stretching myself beyond to discover new ways of doing art, always starting on another journey of beauty.
Christine James is an artist and musician in Loveland, Colorado. She holds a Bachelor of Music Performance in bassoon and piano from the University of Colorado. She also attended Concordia College, Moorhead, Minnesota and did post graduate studies at Colorado State University. Most of Christine’s study in fine arts was with a very gifted teacher throughout her high school career,
and more recently with Lisa DuBois and Vicky Russel both of Loveland.
Christine has been a private music instructor and professional musician, as well as an award
winning composer over the past number of decades. She has been making jewelry the past
twenty years, and more recently started painting, and enjoying bringing that medium into her
jewelry making.
In her studio/home, Christine continues to share her musical knowledge with her many students,
and has recently started teaching jewelry classes. She also is honored to play bass and keyboards
for Citipointe Church.
