​Our Mission: 

The purpose of the Thompson Valley Art League is to promote an enthusiastic pursuit of art,
to encourage individuality and freedom of expression, to provide league members with the opportunities
to obtain public recognition, and to advance to the public the knowledge, appreciation and practice of
the arts, and collection of works of art.

​BASIC & STUDENT MEMBERSHIP

BASIC - $85/yr
BENEFITS:

• Discount on all TVAL-sponsored classes
• Discount to all TVAL-sponsored events and shows
• Opportunities to exhibit with Lincoln Gallery
  ○ Member’s Show (February)
  ○ Tent Sale (September)
  ○ Summer Events
• Monthly League Newsletter
• Monthly meetings which include

          ○ important announcements
          ○ programs for your art journey
          ○ community of local artists

•  Voting privileges at Members’ meeting
•  Included on Membership Roster on Lincoln Gallery website

           ○ name 
           ○ artist’s website link
           ○ brief artist statement (1-2 sentences)

•  Volunteer Requirements: one shift (4-6 hrs) at Art in the Park (August)

EXHIBITING & SILVER MEMBERSHIP

EXHIBITING ($375/yr)

• All Basic benefits
• Display privileges on a monthly basis at Lincoln Gallery

          ○ juried in by Executive
              and Gallery Directors

• Opportunity to be featured on all TVAL social media platforms
• Artist Bio page on Lincoln Gallery website

          ○ artist statement
          ○ photo of artist
          ○ 4-6 images of artwork
          ○ link to artist’s website

• Volunteer Requirements

          ○ 5 short-term positions
          ○ 1 is mandatory Art in the Park Art position

SILVER EXHIBITING ($1000/YR)

• All Basic and Exhibiting benefits

          ○ juried in by Executive and Gallery Directors

• Volunteer Requirements

          ○ 1 Art in the Park position

NOTE:  All Exhibiting Members MUST submit a W9 form.

• Members who renew after December 13 but prior to December 31 will pay the full amount ($375).
• All renewing members must fill out a new Membership Agreement.
• Exhibiting Members who renew January 1 or later must go through the jury process.​
