PARTICIPATE IN OUR TVAL TENT SALE
 
WHAT:  The TVAL Tent Sale is held during the very popular Pastels on 5th Event. More than 3500 visitors attend this all-day event, as artists create beautiful pastel art on the sidewalks along 5th Street in downtown Loveland. During this event, the parking lot at Lincoln Gallery is filled with vendors. TVAL will have a double booth for our members to sell their artwork! 
WHEN:  Saturday, September 14, 2024, 10am - 5pm
WHERE:  Lincoln Gallery parking lot
WHY:  The TVAL Tent Sale benefits those affected by the Alexander Mountain Fire. One of our own TVAL members has lost her entire art studio, including art supplies, festival gear, and much of her art collection. We also want to thank the brave men and women who fought this fire, saving lives and homes.
HOW TO HELP:  

• Bring artwork to sell
• Invite friends and family to purchase artwork, and/or donate to the cause
• Share about the event through your social media and email lists
• You may also choose to donate the entire purchase price of your artwork. Lincoln Gallery will be donating all of the gallery commission (35% of purchase price).
• Help at the Tent Sale!  We still need helpers for set-up and tear-down. Please CLICK HERE to help out.

Important info:

• ALL ARTWORK must be priced $150 or LESS
  • If you are discounting your artwork, please include original sale price on your label
• All hanging artwork MUST BE wired for hanging
• Hanging artwork limited to 5 pieces (any size)
• Bin-work limited to 10 pieces (any size). Please bring a portable bin if you have one.
• 3D artwork accepted (jewelry, ceramics, etc)
• Gift items are always popular
• Smaller artwork (ie, notecards, small prints) should be in a basket or box to set on the table. If all artwork in your basket is the same price, you may make one label for the basket.
• PLEASE bring your own inventory sheet
• No fee to participate. Lincoln Gallery commission is 35% (which will be donated to the Alexander Mountain Fire)
  • If you choose to donate 100% of the sale of your artwork to TVAL, you may request a donation receipt for taxes.
• EACH PIECE of artwork MUST BE LABELED with the following info:
  • Title
  • Your Name
  • Price
  • If you are donating your artwork, please include TVAL on your label
• ALL unsold artwork MUST BE PICKED UP (even donated artwork that didn't sell)
  • Saturday September 14, 5-6pm
  • Tuesday September 17, noon-6pm
    • Lincoln Gallery has NO ROOM to store your artwork
• Send us images of your artwork that will be in the Sale
  • include your name, title, price

  • All artwork must be delivered to Lincoln Gallery
    • Parking Lot will be closed. You may unload from the alley
  • Saturday Sept 14, 8-10am
  • No early drop-offs (RFAS Opening Reception is the night before this sale)
• Help us promote the event with YOUR artwork
  • 2-3 MB image
