Cancellation Policy
Our classes/workshops depend on your attendance. To protect our instructors and others in the class, we will need a written notification of at least 5 business days prior to receive a full refund. You may choose to transfer to another class of the same cost. Cancellation less than 5 days are non-refundable. If a class needs to be cancelled due to instructor or enrollment issues, a full refund will be issued.

Students will explore the wonderful world of kiln-formed glass while creating a one-of-a-kind garden decoration. Kiln formed glass is an art form where separate pieces of glass are subjected to high heat (1200 F to 1600 F) to “fuse” the pieces together.

In this class you will learn how to paint in oils using basic tools and techniques. Explanations and applications of composition, values and color mixing will be practiced for your class oil painting. DT Ranch Road is just an example of what we will be painting in the first class on April 7th. A photo reference will be provided. |

Learn the watercolor techniques needed to capture the glow of sunshine on the flowers of summer. Then see how inviting a small living being – butterfly, bee, or ladybug - can add life, movement, and story to your watercolor paintings.
This class can accommodate all skill levels ** and will offer several options to customize and create a unique painting. Finished image will be 8x8” and fit a standard matted 12x12” frame. ** If you are interested in taking the Watercolor Wax Batik Workshop on Oct. 26-27, 2025, this class can serve as the prerequisite for novices in Watercolor.

Experience the fun of learning how to paint a furry friend with the various effects of water: splashes, ripples and reflections. This unique class will teach you the tricks and techniques to make it come alive! A basic knowledge of soft pastel is needed. The instructor will pre-trace the shown picture for you. Finished picture will be 16 x 12. |

This workshop is a fun introduction to using layers of papers (found and painted), paints, stencils, acrylic markers, graphite, etc. to create an abstract-ish painting. Each participant will walk out the door with an 8” x 8” painting on a wood cradle. Things can get messy so please wear an apron or art shirt.
Participants can complete the class using the supplies provided but bringing a few scraps of lightweight paper you’ve doodled/painted on, or a few pages torn from an old book could add to the fun. NOTE: no scissors are allowed. |

"Watercolor Wax Batik" with Linda Renaud

Specialty materials are provided & included in the fee (unryu paper, brushes to use in the wax, hot wax pots, etc) Students will need to have experience in watercolor. All participants will paint the same painting in order to make it possible to complete the project in two days.

The process of watercolor wax batik will be explained, demonstrated and practiced in this hands-on, intensive workshop. Learn how to select the best photos to work from, plan your painting, build the multiple layers of wax and watercolor and then do the final batiking and the “reveal.”
