"I have been woodturning for 6 years. I have turned bowls, hollow formed vessels, peppermills, “mystery salt urns”, platters, bottle stoppers, pens and kitchenware tool handle blanks. My first experience with woodturning was the result of a beginner’s class in Northern Minnesota and then followed up with classes with well known woodturners from Colorado. It is always amazing to see the tactile and visual beauty of wood. As I turn, I remember that the wood will talk to me and let me know what the finished project will look like. ​"
