Working with wood has been my endeavor, ever since my seventh grade shop teacher opened up the possibilities to me.

I have always leaned toward the sciences, and I have always had an appreciation for art and a respect for artists. As a science and chemistry teacher for almost 30 years, I realized that teaching is more of an art than a science.
 Now retired from the art of teaching science, I am a full-time woodworker. Still a scientist at heart, my attention to detail is in every piece I create. And every piece is a work of love.
