The Lincoln Gallery is a 501(c)(3) non-profit cooperative art gallery, located in downtown Loveland, Colorado. Owned by the Thompson Valley Art League, we promote an enthusiastic pursuit of art, encourage individuality and freedom of expression, provide league members with opportunities to obtain public recognition, and advance to the community the knowledge, appreciation and practice of the arts.

My relationship with Lincoln Gallery is beneficial in many ways. Meeting new and old friends, socializing in an invigorating and beautiful atmosphere, sharing information about the art scene locally and nationally are just a few pluses.
When the opportunity opened up to share my teaching abilities at Lincoln Gallery I was thrilled to be part of it. As the years have gone by, I have built my reputation as an artist and instructor, gathered a list of collectors and students and made many new friends. I plan to continue with the popular Paint Your Pet venue and am excited to start instructing in other disciplines. Thank you, Lincoln Gallery charter members, for starting this wonderful Gallery 50 years ago. I have enjoyed being part of the growing art scene in Loveland for twenty years and hope to enjoy many more. -- Pat Saunders-White |
![]() As with so many other non-profit organizations, the Thompson Valley Art League and Lincoln Gallery look to our community to keep our programs going. We are the oldest Art League in Colorado -- consistently offering art programs, workshops, shows and other unique art opportunities to the Loveland community -- since 1965. Help us continue to bring art and 'feel good' feelings to our community through art during this difficult time. We are actively doing online demos and artist features to continue our quest to bring art to our Loveland community but without our sales and ability to hold events, we need your help through our GoFundMe effort:

"I love Art in the Park and look forward to it every August. This show is the time I start my Holiday shopping, buying handmade creations for those I care about along with a few treats for myself. I appreciate the fact that the goods sold are created here, by hand, in this country and not mass produced. I have participated in the show several years as a selling artist and every year as a patron. I first got involved with the Thompson Valley Art League in 1999 by being accepted into their Regional Show, which helped give me the confidence to become a professional artist. Art in the Park has been running for over 50 years and is the main support for the art league. I hope you can find it in your heart to help support one of the vital art organizations left in Northern Colorado. " -- Mary Giacomini
"I moved to this area from North Dakota. As I have occasionally been heard to mutter, “It’s not the end of the world, but you can see it from there.” Artists are a rare breed, and there are not a lot of opportunities in many places across the U.S. When I knew I was moving to the Loveland area I did a Google search to see what possibilities awaited me. I found the Thompson Valley Art League – and if you were juried in, they had a gallery. Say what? I had never had such an opportunity. THIS IS RARE. So I’m grateful – for the camaraderie, the support, and the chance to see my paintings hung amid so many other outstanding works of art. I support Lincoln Gallery and TVAL. Will you help me – and all of us? Thank you for helping our community have this wonderful place for the arts." -- Linda Renaud
"About 4 or 5 years ago, members of the Lincoln Gallery decided to expand our visibility both regionally and nationally. Thus began our Regional and National Fine Art Shows.
The National Fine Art Show in particular has greatly expanded our reach and visibility, with 560 entries in last year’s show from artists from 24 states stretching from Washington to Florida and New York to California. The quality and variety of work submitted was exciting, encouraging and humbling. We had hundred of art lovers attend the opening reception; the energy generated by the show has stimulated both our artists and supporting members as well as the city of Loveland and Northern Colorado. This year’s National Fine Art Show has been delayed until September due to the Coronavirus but the response to date has been very encouraging. The warmth and joy created by fine art is something we can all look forward to. If you want to keep shows of art works from across the country available to our Loveland community will you support our GoFundMe campaign today? We are grateful for all the support we receive. -- Gordon Middleton |
What I love about Friday Night on the Town is the community of artists here in Loveland that take the time and effort to socialize, and explain what drives their art. Loveland is unique in the fact that it supports a large and diverse artist community in a relatively small city. This is truly one of the main reasons my wife and I moved here 4 years ago.
One of the first juried Gallery shows I entered was the Lincoln Gallery Regional Fine Arts Show, and I got in! This new town and new gallery were very welcoming to me as an artist. This year I joined Lincoln Gallery and could not be happier.
The Friday Night on the Town Gallery Walk gives me the opportunity to talk directly to the public - to see what types of art interest them and to explain the how and why of my life’s work. Everyone’s vision of art is different! Will you help us keep all this going by donating to our GoFundMe effort. -- Marc Jones
